Now available: soluble recombinant class I and class II Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) from imusyn. Additionally, we offer ready-to-use and self-loadable T cell staining reagents (Dyemer & myDyemer) generated from our high quality HLA class I and H2 class I proteins.
Our HLAs are produced in mammalian cell cultures as recombinant, truncated, soluble antigens, either in complex with Ξ²2-microglobulin (HLA class I) or as zipper-stabilized heterodimers (HLA class II). As part of our quality control, all HLA are analyzed for purity by gel electrophoresis, concentration is determined by ELISA (0.5 mg/ml) and their functionality is verified with a specific antiserum.

Applications include but are not limited to: HLA sandwich ELISA, HLA direct ELISA, use as HLA control in various assays, HLA blocking assays, HLA neutralization assays, HLA competition assays, HLA bead ELISA, B cell ELISpot, and in vitro B cell stimulation.
Imusyn's HLAs proteins are used for antibody diagnostics in the HISTO SPOT HLA AB ID Class I chip and in the HISTO SPOT HLA AB ID Class II chip (BAG Healthcare β§) described by Launhardt et al., 2021 β§.
